Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Unarmed Mobile Patrol Security Officer for the Litchfield Park logistics site in Arizona. You will patrol, deter incidents, and respond to security issues while delivering excellent customer service to clients on site.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean background, and adherence to site policies. Training, growth opportunities, and benefits are offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screening will be conducted as required by law and policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor vehicle, visitor, and contractor access at entry points, verify credentials, and document arrivals and departures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents and patrol observations and communicate findings to site leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, employee entrances, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor vehicle, visitor, and contractor access at entry points, verify credentials as required, and document arrivals, departures, and unusual activity.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, patrol observations, and security-related concerns, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
