Allied Universal is seeking an unarmed Security Officer to join our team in Hebron, KY. This full-time position focuses on proactive security, customer service, and seamless operations across tech/telecom environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a technology site by following site policies and procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and report them per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry and report conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports and shift handoff communications.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Full - Time in Hebron, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon - 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue - 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wed - 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur - 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri - 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry where required, and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
