Qualifications

• Must possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and access authorization, maintain visitor records and communicate arrival information.
• Monitor front desk activity, access points, and security systems and escalate concerns as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, following reporting and response protocols.
• Maintain logs and complete required reports, communicating with leadership and site contacts.

• Thur: 02:00 AM - 10:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Greet visitors professionally, verify identification and access authorization, maintain visitor records, and communicate arrival information according to site-specific procedures.
• Monitor front desk activity, access points, and security-related systems as assigned, escalating unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and emergency response protocols.
• Maintain accurate logs, complete required reports, and provide clear communication to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
