Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Access in Augusta, GA to protect clients at a manufacturing and industrial site. You will manage badge access, monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and provide outstanding customer service and communication as part of a collaborative team.

Competenze

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Access in Augusta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. You will manage badge access, monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, help to deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $14.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points at a manufacturing and industrial location, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and control the issuance and return of access badges and/or keys.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, production areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Prepare accurate reports, maintain access-control logs, and communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
