Job summary

Signal is seeking a Security Officer in Tulsa, OK to protect high-value locations through professional, detail-focused security service. The role involves routine foot patrols and detailed reporting aligned with site orders.

You will maintain safety, adhere to post orders and dress codes, and demonstrate reliability and strong communication to support client peace of mind.

Qualifications

• Must have Oklahoma CLEET license or be able to complete CLEET application at orientation.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Pass a drug test.
• Must be able to walk for periods of time.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Will conduct and deliver dedicated security services reflecting company values and site orders.
• Maintain detailed reports using company technology and software during each shift.
• Punctuality: arrive on time, clock in/out, follow dress code and appearance standards.
• Interact with on-site clients to foster a peace-of-mind security relationship.
• Promptly report client or property information to the Dedicated Branch Supervisor.
• Care for assigned signal equipment including radios and keys.
• Deescalate issues professionally and promptly.
• Manage daily activities to meet post-order benchmarks and client needs.
• Communicate information through daily scrums to ensure operational excellence.

Post Location: Tulsa, OK

Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday 9pm-5am

Off: Monday, Tuesday

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

• Requirements:
• Must have Oklahoma Cleet License or a CLEET application must be able to be completed at orientation.
• Reliable Transportation
• Valid Driver's License required
• Must be able to pass a Drug test

• Must be 18 yrs of age or older

Position Summary:

A Signal Officer will perform routine foot patrols acting as a deterrent to criminal activity, monitoring safety issues. Requirements – additional duties listed in the site’s Post Orders.

Responsibilities:

• Will conduct and deliver various dedicated services that reflect the company’s values, expectations, and consistent service in alignment with site specific instructions/post orders.
• Will write detailed and accurate reports utilizing company technology and web or app-based software during each shift that align with site instruction/post orders.
• The Ability to consistently arrive on time for shifts, clock in and out, meet time commitments, follow instruction, follow dress code and appearance standards and expectations
• Interacting with internal and external customers on site cultivating a customer service relationship while striving to provide peace of mind.
• Consistently communicates with the Advanced Dedicated Officer or the Dedicated Branch Supervisor to promptly report any customer or property related information and concerns.
• Responsible for the care of any Signal equipment assigned during shift including radios, access keys/cards, vehicles, and devices, etc.
• Consistently deescalate issues through communication in a professional and prompt manner.
• Manage daily activities while meeting key benchmarks and expectations set by the Dedicated Branch Supervisor such as reporting standards and service quality.
• Communicate with the Dedicated Branch Supervisor to receive and disseminate information through Branch Supervisor Daily Scrum, such as the client needs and post order changes to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• MUST have active Oklahoma cleet license or be able to complete application at orientation
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass background check and drug test
• Must have reliable transportation
• Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
• Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
