Job summary

Signal of Tulsa is seeking a Security Officer to provide professional, detail-focused protection at high-value locations in Tulsa, OK. You will deter crime, monitor safety issues, and report accurately during shifts.

Schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 9pm to 5am with Monday and Tuesday off. Must possess Oklahoma CLEET license or be able to complete application at orientation, pass drug tests, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Oklahoma CLEET license or CLEET application available at orientation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and deliver services reflecting company values and post orders.
• Write detailed reports using company software during each shift.
• Arrive on time, clock in/out, follow time and dress-code requirements.
• Interact with on-site customers to cultivate a service-oriented relationship.
• Report client or property information to the Advanced Dedicated Officer or Branch Supervisor.
• Care for Signal equipment including radios, access keys/cards, vehicles and devices.
• Deescalate issues professionally and promptly.
• Meet daily benchmarks and maintain service quality per post orders.
• Communicate client needs and post-order changes to ensure operational excellence.

Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday 9pm-5am

Off: Monday, Tuesday

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Requirements

• Must have Oklahoma Cleet License or a CLEET application must be able to be completed at orientation.
• Reliable Transportation

Position Summary

A Signal Officer will perform routine foot patrols acting as a deterrent to criminal activity, monitoring safety issues. Requirements – additional duties listed in the site’s Post Orders.

Responsibilities

• Will conduct and deliver various dedicated services that reflect the company’s values, expectations, and consistent service in alignment with site specific instructions/post orders.
• Will write detailed and accurate reports utilizing company technology and web or app-based software during each shift that align with site instruction/post orders.
• The Ability to consistently arrive on time for shifts, clock in and out, meet time commitments, follow instruction, follow dress code and appearance standards and expectations
• Interacting with internal and external customers on site cultivating a customer service relationship while striving to provide peace of mind.
• Consistently communicates with the Advanced Dedicated Officer or the Dedicated Branch Supervisor to promptly report any customer or property related information and concerns.
• Responsible for the care of any Signal equipment assigned during shift including radios, access keys/cards, vehicles, and devices, etc.
• Consistently deescalate issues through communication in a professional and prompt manner.
• Manage daily activities while meeting key benchmarks and expectations set by the Dedicated Branch Supervisor such as reporting standards and service quality.
• Communicate with the Dedicated Branch Supervisor to receive and disseminate information through Branch Supervisor Daily Scrum, such as the client needs and post order changes to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
