Responsibilities

• Act as a crime deterrent while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a safe, secure environment.
• Notify supervisors and staff of irregularities, suspicious activities, breaches, or hazards.
• Prepare prompt, professional, and accurate reports of incidents.
• Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the premises.
• Embody and promote company values as a highly visible deterrent on site.
• Perform various job-related assignments as needed.
• Submit reports of surveillance activities and incidents.

Qualifications

• Meet city/state requirements and certifications for guard duties.
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
• Experience with surveillance systems; tech-savvy.
• Proven experience as a security officer or guard.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation; a valid driver's license may be required.

Salary: USD $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.
