Securitas US Business Unit in Douglas, AZ is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for a full-time position. You will protect people and property by patrolling, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe environment.

This role requires 18+, HS diploma or GED, valid AZ Unarmed Guard Card, driver's license, and solid customer service. You will work independently, de-escalate conflicts, and follow procedures, with benefits including weekly pay and paid

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
• Valid Arizona Unarmed Guard Card required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.

Unarmed Security Officer - Full Time

Site Location: Douglas, AZ

Wage: $15.35/HR

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.
