Job Description

Allied Universal is now hiring in Philadelphia, PA for the 1600 Block of Chestnut Street. This is a Part Time Morning Shift position, with multiple days available, paying $17.16 per hour. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and have at least 1 year of security experience. Must be able to work outdoors and stand/walk for long periods.

The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities. This role involves acting as a visible deterrent to crime, detecting and reporting suspicious or unsafe acts, and ensuring the safety of property, clients, guests, and employees.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements vary by location and may be required before employment.
• Driving positions require a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Availability to work at multiple locations, including call-offs, vacations, and open shifts.
• Ability to work any time and day, provide excellent customer service, and handle crisis situations calmly.
• Intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs or ladders, and stand/walk for long periods.
