Job summary

DSI Security Services in Pocahontas, AR is hiring Security Officers to maintain a safe environment for clients, employees, and the public while managing a high-volume truck gate. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and strong data entry skills to accurately process vehicle and driver information.

We offer First and Second Shifts with a pay rate of $14.25 per hour and benefits including Vision and Medical Insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and means of communication.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions.
• Must meet all preemployment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment through visible presence and routine patrols.
• Observe, report, and respond to hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity.
• Follow DSI policies, client requirements, and post-specific instructions.
• Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely.
• Participate in training and comply with DSI safety procedures and manuals.
