As a **Security Officer - Transit Terminal** in **Denver, CO** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a transportation setting, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for all individuals. Your presence and routine patrols contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, while your strong communication and customer service skills support positive interactions. You will work as part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity in every situation.

**Pay Rate: $18.81 / Hour**

Mon11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Thur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Fri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

**Responsibilities:**

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the transportation facility and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.

+ Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and observing for unusual behavior or situations.

+ Document and report any incidents, observations, or concerns according to site protocols.

+ Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ A County Unarmed Security Professional License in Denver Colorado is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
