Qualifications

• Pass a background check and SLED-approved drug screening.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of assigned properties.
• Monitor doors, gates, and common areas to ensure security.
• Identify and report safety concerns or maintenance issues.
• Respond professionally to incidents and emergencies.
• Contact emergency personnel when necessary.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional presence.
