Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Driver Patrol Digital Field Logs in Seattle, WA. You will provide security for a transportation facility, conduct patrols, monitor access points, and assist visitors with professionalism.

Must have a valid driver’s license, be at least 18, undergo a background check and drug screen, and document activities using tablets or computers. Full-time post with shifts centered around 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of stations, platforms, waiting areas, parking locations, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow post orders and escalation procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, reporting unauthorized access or policy violations.
• Document observations and patrol activities accurately and communicate with supervisors.

As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Digital Field Logs in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer supporting a transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, manage access points, and assist visitors with professionalism. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. Use computer or tablet systems to document activity and communicate clearly with team members while delivering service with integrity, reliability, and a caring, people-first approach.

Pay Rate: $22.85 / Hour

• Mon 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Tue 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Fri 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Sat 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Sun 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation facility.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of stations, platforms, waiting areas, parking locations, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials when assigned, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to supervisors and appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
