Responsibilities include responding to incidents, coordinating with emergency teams, handling basic administrative tasks, and using MS Office. Uniform is provided; hourly wage is $18 with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must pass an extensive screening process
• Strong exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient with basic phone and computer skills
• At least 1 year of front desk/reception experience or similar role
• Valid driver's license
• Professional business appearance
• Ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming visitors and customers

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people at the front desk in our main office.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• STRONG Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Must have at least 1 year of front desk receptionist experience or a similar administrative or customer service role.
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must maintain a business professional appearance
• Must be able to work well with others
• Must be able to multitask
