Job summary

Qualifications

Prior experience as a security guard or related role.

Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs and repetitive motions for patrols.
Strong oral communication skills with team members, visitors and emergency personnel.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the facility using access control systems and verify identification.
Conduct routine patrols of the property, including stairs and inspections to deter risks.
Operate wireless devices and radios to maintain contact with security team and report incidents.
Respond to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
Maintain logs and reports of daily activities and incidents for accountability.
