Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• PPSB license required
• CPR required
• Valid Driver's License
• HS Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening
• Proficient with basic phone & computer use
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience preferred
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and verify identity as part of access control
• Manage access control and conduct routine patrols
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate concerns
• Ensure safety of people and property
• Schedule posts and ensure full coverage
• Communicate with the supervisor/manager

Responsibilities of a Shift Supervisor

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Scheduling
• Ensuring all posts remain covered
• Communicating with your manager

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• PPSB license required
• CPR required
• Valid Drivers License Required
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
