Inter‑Con Security Systems, Inc. in Claycomo, MO is seeking a Security Officer Supervisor for part-time shifts.

You will oversee posted officers, coordinate security responses, and ensure accurate reporting across client sites, with emphasis on schedule adherence and asset protection. The role requires English proficiency, a high school diploma or GED, 3 years of Security Supervisor experience (or equivalent military service), and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Speak, read, and write English.
• Must be 21 years or older and US citizen.
• 3 years of Security Supervisor experience within the last 4 years, or Military experience (E4, Honorable Discharge, 5 years of active duty).

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper posting of assigned officers and accountability of equipment.
• Instruct and assist officers under supervision in the proper performance of their duties.
• Respond to calls for security service and ensure that proper action is taken as applicable.
• Review accuracy and completeness of all reports submitted by subordinate officers.
• Comply with all rules, regulations and procedures, and promptly respond to and report any misconduct or violation of the rules and regulations on the part of the subordinate.
• May be required to perform emergency duties which require physical exertion such as standing or walking for an entire shift, climbing stairs, lifting, carrying up to 50 lbs, and running.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Work Environment and Schedule

• Job operates in client sites which could be indoors or outdoors.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking, in the performance of daily security activities.
• Open availability for nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as directed.
• Work various shifts and holidays as assigned.
