When a highly trained security force is required to protect critical assets, Inter‑Con turns to its Security Officers. As a Security Officer Supervisor, you will lead a team that secures vital assets, receive advanced training, and operate cutting‑edge technology.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper posting of assigned officers and accountability of equipment.
• Instruct and assist officers in performing their duties.
• Respond to calls for security service and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
• Review accuracy and completeness of all reports submitted by subordinate officers.
• Comply with all regulations and promptly report any misconduct or violations by subordinates.
• Perform emergency duties that require physical exertion (e.g., standing, walking shifts, climbing stairs, lifting, carrying up to 50 lbs, running).
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Speak, read, and write English.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen (Naturalization Certificate accepted).
• Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalency.
• Possess three years of Security Supervisor experience within the last four years, or military experience (E4 with honorable discharge, five years active duty).

Work Environment and Schedule

• Job operates in client sites both indoors and outdoors.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during daily security activities.
• Open availability required: nights, weekends, holidays, overtime.
• Work various shifts and holidays as assigned.
