Allied Universal Security Officer position in Minnesota offers a temporary role with potential to become permanent. You will provide client security, follow site policies, and respond to incidents while performing regular patrols across varied client sites.

The role requires no prior experience and includes a path for career development. Pay rate is $17.75 per hour, paid weekly, with opportunities to promote from within and advance into higher security roles within Allied Universal's diverse

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
