You will serve as a visible presence that helps deter security-related incidents while communicating professionally with tenants, guests, and team members. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients by following site‑specific procedures and supporting security‑related activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor and access records.
• Monitor entry points, cameras, alarms, and other security‑related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or equipment concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain clear communication with building management, tenants, vendors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security‑related matters and site activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city‑issued security‑related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
