GardaWorld Security is seeking a dedicated Security Officer – Concierge for a Houston site, delivering exceptional customer service while controlling access and guiding visitors. You will perform patrols, inspect equipment, respond to incidents, and coordinate with emergency teams.

Qualificações

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience – 1 year minimum
• Exceptional customer service skills
• State license if required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Able to work odd hours and under pressure

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Set schedule: Full-time Mon-Fri 6:00am - 2:00pm

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Attending to clients’ problems on day-to-day basis.
• Conveying our mission and organizational value to the staff.
• Conducting security surveys on prospective security needs of the property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience – one year minimum
• You have a state license if required
• Demonstrate adequate computer skills and successfully complete a computer proficiency test
• Valid driver's license with no restriction B and clean driving record
• Strong written/verbal communication
• Must be of the age of 21 or over
• Demonstrate a stable work history
• Have reliable transportation
• Able to climb stairs, walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time
• Ability and willingness to work at odd hours and under pressure
