Job Description

Allied Universal is seeking to fill the position of a Security Flex Officer.

Days and times vary depending on site needs

Weekend work required

Part-time position

Must be 21 years of age or older

Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities include:

• Access control
• Vehicle and foot patrol
• Providing excellent customer service

Compensation: $12/hour

The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. This role acts as a visible deterrent to crime and rule infractions, detecting and reporting suspicious, unsafe, or criminal acts near their assigned posts, which may threaten property, clients, guests, or employees.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Licensing requirements vary by state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment
• Driving positions require a valid driver's license, at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, minimum insurance levels, and safe vehicle operation ability
• Must pass a background check and drug screening in accordance with laws
• Ability to work at multiple client sites, covering various shifts including special projects, call-offs, vacations, and open shifts
• Availability to work any time and day
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Physical requirements include working in various environments, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds, climbing stairs, and standing or walking for long periods
