Sunstates Security is currently hiring full-time Shift Lead for 2nd shift in the Batavia, OH area. This position offer a starting pay rate of $21/hr, with weekly pay.

Requirements:

• 3 years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Have reliable means of transportation and communication.
• Report all suspicious activity
• Create and maintain a security working schedule
• Govern the 2nd shift roster of 6-8 employees at a given time
• Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance.
• Must always be accessible for phone communication.
• Complete all new hire employee training
• Exceptional Report Writing Skills
• Willing and able to work holidays and weekends.
• Willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Able to work independently.
• Clean background, and drug screen.
• Must have a clean Driving background.
• Must be 21 years of age.

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
