Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer in Westlake, TX for a full-time position. You will monitor and patrol client sites, deter incidents, manage access control and badge activities, and provide excellent customer service across diverse environments.

Minimum 6 months of security experience required; high school diploma or equivalent. CPR preferred; must be 18+ for unarmed roles. Pay is $19/hour with benefits and opportunities for growth.

As a Security Officer Full Time Security Operations in Westlake, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, manage access control and badge activities, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
