Marksman Security Corporation is hiring Full & Part Time Security Officers in Bowling Green, OH. No experience is required; paid training is provided. Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Prior experience in security or customer service is a plus. This role involves greeting guests, controlling access, monitoring CCTV, completing logs, and patrolling the site. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, clear communication, and a professional

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state drivers license and clean driving record.
• Valid state security license/ certificate.
• Previous experience in access control and/or CCTV camera systems preferred.
• Strong computer skills.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
• Demonstrated experience working as a security officer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with courtesy and assist them.
• Process visitors and announce presence.
• Check identifications and grant access when authorized.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
• Familiarize with site operations and post orders.
• Issue visitor passes.
• Document and maintain logs of visitor vehicles.
• Patrol assigned location as needed.
• Detect suspicious behavior to prevent vandalism or theft.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Full & Part Time Security Officers! Bowling Green, OH

All shifts! Paid Training!

Pay: $18.50/hr

No experience necessary. We will provide paid training. Must be 18+, have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record. People with a strong customer service background are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a security officer, security guard, and/or other safety and protection related fields, including customer service roles. Or, have previous military or LEO experience. This is not a requirements, it is a preference.

Responsibilities:

• Acknowledge and greet all guests with utmost courtesy and urgency, moving out from behind the door to assist guests
• Process visitors and announce their presence
• Check identification, and ensure proper authorization is granted prior to giving access.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports when emergencies arise
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
• Maintain awareness and familiarity with the site‑specific operations and post orders
• Issue visitor passes
• Document and maintain log of visitor’s vehicle
• Patrol assigned location/facility as needed
• Monitor and or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior
• Other job duties to be determined by manager
