Description

Help lead the delivery of top-notch security services at New York's #1-ranked hospital. Join our patient-centered culture and help maintain a lawful environment for lifesaving care at New York-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients, staff, visitors, and property.
• Greet people and assist with questions and directions within the hospital.
• Monitor security systems and respond to emergencies.
• Investigate incidents and contribute to security practice improvements.

This is a full-time evening position (3 pm - 11 pm) at 1980 Crompond Road, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567.

Qualifications

Preferred Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree, military experience, or 2 years of college courses in criminal justice or related field.
• Police and/or security background.

Required Criteria

• Valid NYS driver license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Security Guard License or statutory exemption.
