Description:

The purpose of this position is to support the administration of Baptist Health South Florida by providing a safe and secure environment for patient care and ensuring the peaceful and orderly operation of business across all serviced entities. The candidate should be proficient in all aspects of the BHSF security officer role as outlined in the BHSF security training program and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

Degrees: High School, Certification, GED, Training, Experience.
Licenses & Certifications: Basic Life Support, Florida Driver's License.
Additional Qualifications: Experience in security, preferably in a hospital setting; law enforcement or military background preferred; completion of BHSF security training before probation ends; BLS certification within 90 days of employment.

Estimated pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.24/hour, depending on experience.
