Job summary

St. Rose Hospital is seeking a per-diem AM shift security guard in Hayward, CA. The role requires active CA licensure and a high school diploma, with at least one year of hospital security experience preferred.

Job description/Responsibilities: Per-Diem AM Shift APPROXIMATE PAY RANGE: $19.28 - $23.27 SKILLS: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to effectively write daily activity reports and all other job related reports. Proficient in basic computer skills and genuine desire to learn. Excellent customer service skills and genuine desire to assist people and provide protection. Ability to quickly identify potential negative or dangerous situations and implement effective countermeasures. Strong public speaking skills to participate in and/or lead a committee meeting. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective CCTV monitoring skills.
