Job summary

Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center in Camp Hill, PA, is seeking a dedicated security officer for the night shift to protect patients, staff, visitors, and assets.

You will investigate incidents, respond to crises, handle combative situations, and monitor access control and surveillance systems to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Pennsylvania state driver's license.
• Must obtain Basic Life Support within six months of hiring.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible for Medical Center security incident investigation, crisis response, combative patient intervention, safety-related emergency response, monitoring of advanced access control and surveillance systems. Provide for the safety and security of patients, staff, visitors, students, buildings, assets, and premises.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Pennsylvania state driver's license.
• Must obtain Basic Life Support within six months of hiring

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Police, military or security experience
