Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Secure Entry Coordinator in Sanford, FL to protect clients across automotive auction properties. You will manage access, verify credentials, respond to incidents, and maintain a professional presence to deter security risks.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and auction personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Control access to the auto auction property by verifying credentials, monitoring vehicle and pedestrian entry points, and documenting authorized visitors, vendors, and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the auction grounds, parking and vehicle storage areas, entry gates, buildings, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, access logs, and incident documentation while communicating relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
