Allied Universal in Lebanon, IN is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Entry Monitoring to provide reliable, flexible coverage at a commercial real estate site. The role emphasizes access control, incident response, and courteous service to tenants, visitors, and employees.

You will work fixed anchor shifts with potential to pick up extra shifts; pay is $22 per hour with opportunities to grow into a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and maintain accurate visitor and access-related records.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building access points, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Operate access-control systems, cameras, and other security-related equipment in accordance with post orders and Allied Universal procedures.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Entry Monitoring in Lebanon, IN, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat05:00 PM - 06:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed‑Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Conduct regular and random patrols of building access points, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Operate access‑control systems, cameras, and other security‑related equipment in accordance with post orders and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
