Allied Universal in Lebanon, IN is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Visitor Registration to deliver dependable, flexible hours at a designated site. You will handle access control, visitor verification, and incident response while supporting a secure, professional environment.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor and manage access to the property by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor records, issuing and recovering access badges, and directing guests in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building entry points, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized access, unusual activity, and property concerns.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with tenants, visitors, contractors, and Allied Universal leadership while completing required reports and shift documentation.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Visitor Registration in Lebanon, IN, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
