Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking Security Officers to help create a safe, welcoming environment at National Harbor, Maryland. You will patrol, observe, respond to emergencies, and support guests and team members to keep the property secure.

This role requires at least 18, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least one year of customer service experience. Training and certifications are part of the ongoing development offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Patrols: Monitor interior and exterior areas, respond to irregularities, and ensure guest and team member safety.
• Guest & Team Member Support: Address guest concerns professionally and act as a first responder when needed.
