Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer – Roving Patrol in Marshall, MO. You will protect a food and beverage location, maintain a visible presence, and provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors while adhering to site procedures.

The role is full-time with daytime to evening shifts. You will conduct patrols, monitor access, respond to incidents, and document activities to help ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/locality.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a food and beverage location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility interior, exterior, parking areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas; verify credentials and visitor authorization.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner following site procedures.
• Observe and report conditions affecting operations and complete incident/shift reports.

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility interior, exterior, parking areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions, unauthorized access, and security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas; verify credentials and visitor authorization; and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and promptly communicating with appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Observe and report conditions that could affect operations, product areas, employee access, or facility property, and complete clear, timely incident and shift reports.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
