Job Description

Now Hiring Security Professionals to work in the area of Coconut Grove, FL!

As a Security Officer - Commercial building, you will serve and safeguard clients in a commercial building, office setting, or plaza. They provide access control and patrols while remaining visible and display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Pay Rate: $18/ hour

Location: Coconut Grove, FL

Part Time overnights: Friday and Saturday (11pm- 7am)

*Must have (No Exceptions):

• Valid Florida Security License D License
• 2+ Years Security Experience
• Require Excellent Customer Service Skills for High End Tennants and Visitors

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21+ years of age

• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
