As a Retail Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements

• Driving Position: Must possess a valid DRIVER'S LICENSE with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain a California Guard Card training certificate.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screening are required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and local laws.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Comfortable using technology such as computers, laptops, tablets, phones, etc.
• California Guard Card/License
