Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Residential Concierge in Delray Beach, FL. You will safeguard clients across commercial real estate and residential settings, conducting patrols, enforcing access controls, and delivering exceptional customer service to residents and visitors.

Position is full-time with a daytime and evening schedule. Requires a guard card, background check, and drug screening. Minimum high school diploma and 18+ age for unarmed roles are required.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Residential Conciergein Delray Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Residential, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate and residential locations, helping to maintain a welcoming, secure environment for residents, visitors, and tenants. You will conduct routine rounds, support access control and badge procedures, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, tenants, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial and residential property grounds, common areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by site procedures.
• Monitor access activity and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery protocols in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with property management, residents, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Guard card is require.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
