Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff on site in Albuquerque, NM. The role requires a Texas Non-Commissioned Level II security license, strong English communication, and good driving record.

The position is full-time 1st shift, 7:00am-3:00pm, with pay rate of $19.50 per hour. Candidates should be ready for drug screens and background checks and participate in training programs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid Texas Non-Commissioned Level II Security License.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Clean driving record and valid driver license.
• Capable of following complex instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in screening, drug test and background check.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties.
• Promote safety by observing, correcting, and reporting hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and client requirements and post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees and the public professionally.
• Be customer service oriented with basic to intermediate computer skills and effective written and oral communication.
• Perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather conditions as an Unarmed Security Officer.
• Assist executive presence with administrative tasks.

• MUST HAVE a Valid/Current State of Texas Non-Commissioned Level II Security License
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
• You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.
• Be able to assist executive presence with admin work.

IMMEDIATELY HIRING!

Full time 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm

Pay Rate: $19.50/hr.
