You will manage access, observe lobby activity, communicate concerns, and provide exceptional customer service while helping to deter security-related incidents. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.01 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, front‑desk policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Welcome and screen visitors in accordance with healthcare location procedures, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and direct individuals to appropriate areas.
• Monitor access points, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner.
• Maintain a professional front‑desk presence, answer incoming calls, provide directions, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
