Qualifications

• Experience in security, law enforcement, military, healthcare, or related field preferred.

• Strong observation and communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to document incidents accurately and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the facility, grounds, entrances, and exits for safety and security concerns.
• Maintain a visible security presence throughout the facility.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems as assigned.
• Control access to the facility and ensure only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns.
• Follow established emergency and evacuation procedures.
• Document and report incidents, accidents, suspicious activity, and policy violations to management.
