Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to obtain TEAM and CPR/First Aid within 90 days. No prior security experience is required; healthcare familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background checks required.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to work respectfully in a diverse and cross-cultural environment.
• Must obtain and maintain TEAM and CPR/First Aid certifications within 90 days of hire.
• Must be available to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• No prior security experience required; willingness to learn and a professional attitude are essential.
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, healthcare, or customer service is preferred.
• Alaska Native language fluency (Yu'pik, Inupiaq, or other Alaska Native languages) is a plus.
