Job summary

Associa is seeking a Security Officer for a 4-month project at 76-361 Hovley Lane East, Indian Wells, CA. You will patrol, respond to alarms, greet guests, monitor access, and enforce safety rules across the property.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 0–3 years of related experience, and a Guard Card. The role demands vigilance, customer service, teamwork, and the ability to work early morning shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years of security-related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly.
• Patrol property and monitor entry points.
• Greet guests and tenants, provide site information.
• Guard and monitor premises to prevent theft or rule violations.
• Perform fire prevention and safety tasks, and enforce parking rules.
• Occasional other duties as assigned.
