The position requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and prior security/military experience is preferred. You should be proficient with MS Office and able to handle emergencies with professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Experience in security, military or law enforcement preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office programs.
• Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism through conduct.
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises.
• Documents security activity with Daily Activity Report (DAR) and incident reports.
• Controls vehicle and personnel access per procedures.
• Responds to emergencies per procedures.
• Operates specialized equipment (CCTV, vehicle scales, computer systems).
• Prevents losses by reporting irregularities and enforcing policies.
• Drives a culture of improvement and efficiency.
• Enforces Sizemore's and client's policies and procedures.
• Other tasks as required.
