Job summary

Regency Oaks is seeking a hospitality-focused PRN Security Guard in Clearwater, FL. You will perform rounds, monitor security checks, and respond to emergencies while maintaining detailed logs and incident reports. A Florida driver’s license and AHCA background screening are required.

compensation is $15.00 per hour, with PRN flexible hours (3:30pm-12:00am, 4:00pm-12:00am, 12:00am-7:00am, 12:00am-8:00am) and on-site duties in a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Valid Florida Driver's License required.
• Background screening through AHCA required.

Responsibilities

• Performs scheduled rounds inside and outside buildings to maintain a secure environment.
• Monitors and maintains security checks, inspections, and radio requests.
• Responds to emergency systems per SOP; maintains logs and reports.
• Delivers pass-on reports to relief officers and maintains incident and safety logs.
• Notifies appropriate personnel of emergencies immediately.

We are currently seeking a hospitality focused PRN Security Guard

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs scheduled rounds both inside and outside of the buildings to maintain a secure environment.
• Monitors and maintains scheduled security checks, walking inspections, and radio requests.
• Responds to the emergency response system following standard operating procedure. Door unlocks log, e-call log, doctor run sheets.
• Responsible for maintaining timely, accurate reports and logs, including, but not limited to, incident reports, safety inspections, repair and service requests, emergency call logs, doctor run sheets, and delivering pass-on reports to relief officers.
• Responsible for immediate notification of all emergencies to appropriate personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have the ability to read, write and speak English.
• The position requires a valid Florida Driver's License. Prefer security and transportation background.
• Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background screening process in the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) in compliance with applicable laws. Learn more at: https://info.flclearinghouse.com.
