Role Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Security Department's chain of command, the Security Officer I performs security services through interaction with the public, patients, and staff. Responsibilities include providing security at specific locations, responding to security issues, assisting with access, reporting suspicious circumstances and emergencies, and other duties as assigned. Ensures the safety of designated areas, protecting the public, patients, staff, and property of AdventHealth.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• BLS certification through American Heart Association (preferred)
