Pay Rate: $25.55 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (\"Anchor Shifts\"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.


• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.


• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and communications; dispatch appropriate personnel according to site protocols and document incidents accurately.


• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, coordinating communications with site personnel and emergency responders as needed.


• Maintain dispatch logs, access‑related records, and other required documentation while handling sensitive information professionally.


• Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare location and perimeter, as assigned; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Alarm panel experience is preferred.


• Loss prevention experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
