Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Security Officer at Winchester Hospital to professionally provide security services in collaboration with hospital departments, ensuring a safe environment for staff, patients, visitors, and property. You will conduct patrols, monitor patient safety, and respond to emergencies to protect people and assets.

Education/Experience Required: High school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of security experience or one year successful completion toward a degree in Criminal Justice or Certified Healthcare Security Officer.
Required: Current Class D Driver’s License AVADE (Employees must be certified within 1 year of hire date. Employees must receive yearly re-certification).
BLS or Heart Saver
Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.87

Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
