Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Background check per federal, state, and local laws; criminal histories considered
• Drug screen required where permitted by law
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws; valid driver’s license for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and site policies
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; vary by client site
