Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures and policies at an industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, buildings, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report observations.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and shift reports.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following site‑specific emergency response procedures.
• Report hazards, damaged property, suspicious activity, and security‑related concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and represent Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, care, and integrity.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Sat 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Sun 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
