As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine rounds, observe for unusual activity, respond to alarms, and document observations in required reports.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff following site procedures and emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of property areas, parking facilities, entrances, exterior grounds, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report observations of unauthorized persons or suspicious activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner, notifying appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols and incidents in required reports and logs.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $16.32 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon – 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Tue – 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Wed – 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Thur – 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, parking facilities, entrances, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe the location for unauthorized persons, suspicious activity, and security-related concerns; report observations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately in required reports and logs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
